CLASS FEES ARE DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IF WOODBURN ART CENTER CANCELS FOR ANY RESASON EXCEPT INCLEMENT WEATHER. 24 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED TO AVOID FEE FORFITURE WHEN CANCELLING.

WHEN PICKING UP MINORS PLEASE COME IN AND IDENTIFY YOURSELF. WE ARE CAREFUL WITH YOUR TREASURED CHILDREN.

Fees:  All Woodburn art classes fees are due at the time of registration; pay in person or online with your credit card. Members receive 10% discount on classes.


Refund Policy:

Refunds require a 10-day prior to class date cancellation.  If you need to cancel a class, please leave a message on our office number at 503-982-6450 with your name and number, you will receive a call back. Thank you.


Cancellation Policy:

The Center reserves the right to cancel a class four days prior to that class if a minimum number of students have not registered for the class and the instructor agrees. If the Center cancels the class, all fees will be returned. However, if a student no-show for a class their fees will not be returned.
